Best Korean restaurant in Christchurch for sure which has authentic taste. Had Pork back bone stew, it was stunning. Full of flavour, not too salty nor blend. It was just like the dish I had back home in Korea. There were varity of side dishes, perfectly seasoned. Cleanliness was top-notch, service excellent; friendly and welcoming. The portion size was generous, which I took the leftover home. It is now my go to place for Korean meal.

Just discovered this newly opened Korean restaurant in Christchurch that serves up delicious and comforting Korean home-style dishes I ordered the Spicy Stir-Fried Chicken (Dak Galbi) set meal. The chicken was tender, well-marinated, and stir-fried with onions and cabbage in a rich, slightly sweet and spicy sauce. Topped with sesame seeds for that perfect nutty finish. So satisfying! It came with a bowl of multigrain rice — chewy, flavorful, and much healthier than plain white rice. The set also included six side dishes (banchan), and each one was fresh and thoughtfully made: classic kimchi, marinated radish, stir-fried black fungus, seasoned spinach, seaweed salad, and Korean fish cake. They balanced the main dish perfectly and made the whole meal feel hearty and complete. The restaurant itself is bright and cozy, with wooden tables and a simple, clean design. It gave off a warm, homely Korean vibe Overall: Flavors were authentic and well-balanced Portion sizes were generous Prices were reasonable Clean, welcoming atmosphere If you’re craving Korean food in Christchurch, this place is definitely worth checking out! I’m already planning to come back for the spicy pork or kimchi stew next time
